Encore Intelligence Inc. acts primarily as a Data Processor under GDPR. As a Data Processor, we have the following obligations:
Processing according to instructions: We only process personal data based on the documented instructions from the Data Controller (our clients).
Confidentiality: We ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality.

Sub-processor engagement: We do not engage another processor without prior specific or general written authorization of the Data Controller. When we engage sub-processors, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that ensure they also comply with GDPR requirements and maintain the same level of data protection standards that we uphold.
Assistance to the Controller: We assist the Data Controller in ensuring compliance with GDPR obligations, particularly regarding data subject rights, security measures, and data breach notifications.
Deletion or return of data: At the choice of the Data Controller, we delete or return all personal data to the Controller after the end of the provision of services relating to processing.
Compliance demonstration: We make available to the Data Controller all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with GDPR obligations and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by the Controller or another auditor mandated by the Controller.
Data transfers: We ensure that any transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organization complies with GDPR requirements.
